Biographical Information
Mary Beatrice Noonan, a hairdresser in Oakland, California, married Fred Noonan on March 27th, 1937, three months before he disappeared on a flight around the world with Amelia Earhart. She married twice more after Noonan's disappearance; her last marriage was to Harold B. Ireland. In her later life, Mary was an orchid enthusiast.
