Purdue University career manual, 1972
Scope and Contents
The Purdue University career manuals (1970, 1972, 0.45 cubic feet) documents student resources in academic departments, administrative services, and campus organizations. The manuals place particular focus on admissions and campus living, opportunities for students within their programs, and perspectives on the skills and career possibilities for students in particular fields. Though the manuals were compiled in 1970 and 1972, publication dates of the documents themselves range from 1959-1972. This collection would be useful for researchers studying either a) perspectives of program administrators on what would or should be valuable information for incoming students, or b) campus life and student experiences during the years under consideration. Materials include manuals, booklets.
