Scope and Contents

The calendars series conists of daily calendars Colwell used throughout her extensive career. All calendars in this series are daily record books where Colwell would note appointments or meetings, in addition to other notes. Some have been restricted for the presence of personal identifying information. Also included are pocket address books and six-year planners.

Fourteen planners from 1984-2001 and daily calendars from August-December 2000 have been restricted until the donor's death for the presence of personal identifying information.

Processing Information

Calendars for March 2000, February 2003, and April 2004 were not received with the rest of the collection materials. Single pages containing personal identifying information have been removed and destroyed from approximately eight calendars. Wall calendars and empty calendars were discarded.
