Materials include correspondence, articles, printed ephemera, artifacts, and Purdue publications, including publications from World War II such as "Purdue serves because Purdue was prepared: Purdue University in the war" by Thomas R. Johnston and a Purdue Alumnus issue from 1943.

World's Fair Purdue Alumni Registers collection
The World's Fair Purdue Alumni Registers collection contains three registers from the Louisiana Purchase Exposition, Panama Pacific International Exposition, and Century of Progress World's Fair showcases. Alumni that visited the fairs were encouraged to sign the registers. Notable signatures include Eulora Miller, Purdue's first female graduate, in the Panama Pacific register and President Theodore Roosevelt in the Louisiana Purchase Exposition register.

This collection contains materials that belonged to John Ehresman, a student who attended the Purdue Preparatory School in 1893-94 and attended Purdue University during the 1894-1896 academic years. Items include class notes, personal essays, commonplace book, engineering drawings and lab notes. This collection will be helpful to researchers interested in Purdue's early mechanical engineering education curriculum and farming practices of the late 1800s.

The Travis S. Whitsel papers include the correspondence of classmates from the Purdue Class of 1911 and other Purdue alumni and staff, documents created during Whitsel's time working for the Purdue Alumni Scholarship Foundation, and six photos of the class of 1911’s 60th reunion.
