Included in the folder is a manual, "Erection and Maintenance Instructions for Army PT-19, A, B, PT-23 and 26 Airplanes," April 1943, revised September 1944. It is stamped "Aretz Flying Service, Inc." A sticker on the original binder states, "PT 19, 23, 26 Maint. (Horowitz), 1944."
