Biographical Information

Robert Lanson Dunham was a student at Purdue University around 1940. He left Purdue University to enlist in the US Air Force and served as an instructor for the Tuskegee Airmen. He knew fellow Purdue students Faith Wayne Pearson and George Pickels.

Materials include one black and white photograph of Pickels with three other men at the Purdue University Airport. One of the men is Robert Lanson Dunham, roommate of Pickels. Also included is a clipping from the Purdue Exponent discussing Pickels's death.
